近年对球形棕囊藻囊体形成的影响因素已有较多认识,研究发现摄食、温度、营养盐、充气、搅动等因素都会影响球形棕囊藻囊体的形成。但对其囊体形成的分子机制仍不清楚,阻碍了我们对球形棕囊藻藻华形成机制的认识。本课题组借助转录组技术,研究了球形棕囊藻囊体形成不同阶段和不同温度条件下细胞转录组的差异表达,揭示了糖胺聚糖积累在囊体形成过程中的重要作用,发现温度可通过改变细胞糖胺聚糖代谢相关过程调控囊体基质的积累(图2),影响囊体形成。本研究为阐明球形棕囊藻赤潮的形成机制和预警预报奠定了基础。
